An agreement was signed between President Casinos and Pinnacle Entertainment about the 32 million dollars sale of the casino

President Casinos Inc. announced on Friday its intentions to sell St. Louis riverfront casino to Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. for 32 million dollars.

President Casino St. Louis Riverfront is sited on the Mississippi River close to where Pinnacle casino project is being built. St. Louis Riverfront casino contains about 1,025 slot machines and 30 table games.

The agreement between the two gaming firms will be submitted to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. President Casinos Inc. filed for bankruptcy in June 2002.
