The Hollywood actor dropped his plans to build a super casino.

George Clooney's plans for an old-style Vegas elegance casino have folded. The actor decided not to invest in the plans to build Las Ramblas casino.
The casino was supposed to include a 4,000 rooms, restaurants, luxury shops and more entertainment facilities.

The 25 acres that the casino was supposed to be built on were sold to Edge Resorts. Clooney and the other owners of the land succeeded to make a profit out of it. They purchased the land for $75 million and resold it for $202 million.

Edge resorts are planning to develop the land under the name of Edge East. The company didn't announce its plans for the final development yet.
