The British Governement's plans for a Las-Vegas style super casino in the UK are in a legal tangle.
There are eight councils whose venues were shortlisted last week. Some of them have already tied up with casino operators in hope to win the license.

Some casino executives said that they are concerned that preliminary agreements may be unwound when the Government will decide about the chosen location.
The executives said that this process must be open for the contract in compliance with the European competition laws. They also added that the Government will have a huge mess if it chooses one of these cities that already struck a deal.
