Many people were surprised about the NY Giants win over the New England Pats in the super bowl last week. Most people who bet in an online sports book took the safe bet and horrible odds and bet on the Pats to win.
Tom Sporsack was one of the lucky ones. Tom decided to take a risk on the NY Giants and it paid off big for him. With a 12 point spread and great odds Tom decided to risk 20,000 on the giants, and it paid off big for him.
In an interview with Tom he said "After watching the Giants and the Patriots play each other the last week of the regular season and watching how the Giants almost managed to pull off the win that would have stopped them from having an undefeated regular season I just knew they were going to be able to beat them in the super bowl" and tom was right.
With his new found wealth Tom says he is going to quit his job as a security guard and open up his own sports bar. He also said that this was the largest bet that he had ever mad, but he just had such a good feeling that at the very least it would not be the blowout that everyone was predicting.
