New Years Eve Poker Feast
Every year for the New Years Eve poker fiesta we all bring a dish with us to share with everyone and this year one of my friends brought these lamb ribs with him and they were one of the greatest things I have ever tried.
I would not recommend this for a regular Friday night poker game, but for an all day or night event where you are going to take a long food break it is superb.
The dish is Middle Eastern and European and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did, and is best served with steamed vegetables and hot cooked rice."
